Juicing v. Blending: Which is Better?
Juices and smoothie bars are all the rage in NYC. I’m not sure what I did before the existence of places like The Juice Press and brands like Suja for daily pick-me-up’s. And since Vega, I think I’ve literally had a smoothie, in some form, Every. Single.Day.
What the heck did I used to eat or drink!?
With this liquefying craze comes a question I get all the time – “Which is better: juicing or blending?” “Does one offer more health benefits that the other?”
Both are good, and quite beneficial to our health, but in different ways.
